Sel Gris de l'Ile de Noirmoutier - French Sea Salt

Like the Sel Gris de Guérande, this finishing salt slightly lower in moisture content than Ré or Guérande, and almost imperceptibly paler in color. The flavor differences between the Guérande and Noirmoutier are all but impossible to distinguish, though it the Noirmoutier is just barely lighter in body.
