Salt brings out spectacular new dimensions of flavor in chocolate, and enhances existing ones with tact and grace. Salt. Chocolate. There are parallels between the two. In both cases, the words themselves fail to describe the greatness of their powers, the vastness of their influences, and depths of their offered pleasures. We need a new language based on sticky notes, so we can personalize them and put some texture on them.
For me, salt would become sibilant and zippy, and chocolate would become philosophical and Germanic. The combination of salt and chocolate would be a mouthful, literally and figuratively.
