About our chocolate:

The Meadow has finally come out with a dark chocolate salted with a selection of our favorite, most intriguing sea salts from around the world. We chose a super premium 75% dark chocolate from Sao Tome and Principe for our chocolate, and after a lot of discussion, experimentation, eating, and sharing, we came up with six gourmet sea salts we think bring out something exception in the chocolate. Note that The Meadow's salted chocolates are not for the faint of heart--they are bold, sometimes wild explorations of the emerald jungle depths of flavor that chocolate keeps locked away in the distant drumming of its ancient heart.

Our dark chocolate and gourmet sea salt gives you the slightly otherworldly pleasure that derives from the harmony of salt and chocolate combined. Delicately sweet salt with a rich, supple crunchiness combined evokes the complex citrus, coffee, faintly smoky side of the Sao Tome Chocolate.
