Chocolate bars are the ultimate way to experience the full complexity of chocolate, and the only way to explore the innumerable variations in color, aroma, mouth-feel, and flavor. Join us for an exploration of chocolate, from the humble bean slipping around inside the silken purse of a cacao pod in a tropical rainforest to the masterpieces in dark and milk chocolate calling like polychrome parrots from the shelves of your favorite chocolate shops. We'll taste chocolate in its various forms along the way, savor the art of serious chocolate tasting, and finish with a few creative ideas for enjoying on your own. Wine included. $20.00.
