Askinosie Soconusco White Chocolate Bar with Pistachios
The main ingredient in Askinosie's white chocolate is 34% natural, non-deodorized cocoa butter. The cocoa butter is pressed in their factory and they are the first small-batch chocolate maker in the United States to do this. After pressing the Soconusco, Mexico beans to create the cocoa butter, Askinosie combines it with goat's milk powder and organic cane juice, and then crafts it for days in their 85-year old German melanguer, making theirs one of the only single origin white chocolates in the world.
Roasted and salted pistachios are added to this bar, creating a perfect sweet-salty mix.
